Instead, I take what you already know about your body, what feels good, what doesn’t, and create personalized meal ideas that fit your life and support your healing.
my story
Before I became a licensed acupuncturist, I was a professionally trained chef and pastry chef. I've always loved food, but for years, my own relationship with it was complicated. Living with Hashimoto's, chronic inflammation, hormonal imbalances, and adrenal issues, meant that what I ate deeply affected how I felt. And like many people, I went through periods of food restriction, fear, and fatigue that made eating stressful instead of nourishing.
When I discovered the power of food as medicine, especially through functional nutrition and Chinese medicine, everything changed. I started learning how to support my body with real, whole foods. But more importantly, I learned how to listen to my symptoms, patterns, and sensitivities, without judgement.
Now, I help others do the same. Not by giving rigid rules or diet plans — but by creating customized recipes and meal support that make healing feel flavorful, flexible, and sustainable.
